Farmland For Sale by Tender:

The undersigned will accept tenders to be submitted for the purchase of land located in the R.M. of Craik No. 222.

Tenders will be accepted for the following:
Land is located 9 miles south of Craik, or 5 miles west of Aylesbury.

All land is in one block All w2 NE 34 22 28, SW 35 22 28, NE 01 23 28 SE 34 22 28, SE 01 23 28, NW 01 23 28 NW 35 22 28, PT SW 01 23 28 LSD 4 & 5 NE 02 23 28, SE 02 23 28, SW 02 23 28 NE 35 22 28, SE 35 22 28, PT SW 01 23 28 LSD 3 & 6

All property listed in the tender, without minerals or mineral rights, all property owned by Rock Ridge Acres Inc., and by Timothy Amundrud and Debra Amundrud to be sold as a complete parcel and consisting of approximately 2,000 acres of farmland plus an older 1,200 square foot house on 80 acres of virgin grass with an older quonset and grain storage, mature trees and a dugout.

All tenders must be submitted in writing to the undersigned on or before 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021, accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of ten (10%) of the tender and which certified cheque must be made payable to: Leland Kimpinski LLP trust account.

The 2021 property taxes will be paid in full and the Purchaser shall be responsible for payment in full of 2022 property taxes. The successful bidder will be notified by email, phone, or fax prior to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.

The purchase price bid by the successful bidder shall be paid to Leland Kimpinski LLP trust account as follows: 50% (after allowing for 10%deposit) to be paid on or before 1:00 p.m. on August 13, 2021. The remaining 50% of the purchase price shall be paid no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday October 1, 2021.

Return mail address, email address, fax and phone number of party making tender to be provided with tender in a sealed envelope marked – “Tender – R.M. of Craik No. 222”. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
