It’s with great sadness we announce our mother’s passing. She passed away peacefully with family by her side after a courageous battle with cancer.

Anne is survived by her loving family Colleen Prpich (Ron), Fabian Prpich, Corinne (Scott) Anderson, and Robert Prpich, Grandchildren, Sam & Brady Prpich, Morgan Prpich, Darren (Jenacy) Anderson, Amanda, Brooke and Hanna Anderson, Matthew (Sarah) Prpich, Jonathon & Elyssa Prpich , Great Grandchild Madelyn Price, Siblings Joe (Chris) Gaetz, John Gaetz, Simon (Yvette) Gaetz, Francis (Barb) Gaetz, Sister in laws Kay Davis, Marion Prpich and Patricia Prpich.

She was predeceased by her husband Sam Prpich, her parents Frank & Helen Gaetz, her in-laws Steve & Manda Prpich, her brother Ralph (Anne) Gaetz, sister in laws Jackie Gaetz and Marie Gaetz, brother in laws Joe Prpich, Ivan Prpich and Martin Davis.

Mom was a strong woman who worked hard her whole life. She could make anything and fix anything. She loved spending time with her family and friends, she loved canning, crafting, cake decorating, crocheting, sewing, traveling and gardening, everything was done to perfection. She enjoyed playing bingo and taking trips to the casino, she had a lucky streak.

She was the best mother anyone could ask for and was a best friend to all her children and grandchildren. Mom, we love you and will miss you forever Rest in Peace.

The Mass of Christian Burial for Anne was held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Saskatoon on Tuesday, July 26, at 1:30 p.m. For those so wishing, memorial donations in memory of Anne may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital. Hanson’s Funeral Home of Davidson in care of arrangements.
