Ilene married George Meiklejohn on Nov. 4, 1955. They have two children Greg (Michele) and Vicki (Kevin) and four grandchildren: Steven, Jordan, Shelli and Shawn. Ilene was predeceased by her daughter Shelli in February 1980.
Ilene requested that no funeral service be held. A family burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
